Our Geiger built home is an architectural gem. Geiger Construction is dedicated to producing a top-notch, quality product that is evident in every aspect of our beautiful home. Matt Geiger has only one standard, excellence in all that he does. The subcontractors who participated in building our home are craftsmen and share Matt’s standards for excellence. Their work was superb.
Karissa Geiger was also highly instrumental in the design and construction of our home. Karissa possesses a strong sense of aesthetics, provided valuable designer insights and recommendations, and guided us through the stressful building process with care, patience, and understanding.
Matt kept us fully apprised during every stage of construction and invited our scrutiny. Matt joined us in making inspections throughout the construction process to ensure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Matt and Karissa went to great lengths to understand our needs in an effort to have completely satisfied customers.
After we moved into our newly built home, Matt fully addressed, to our complete satisfaction, several minor issues that are inevitably part of any building project. When our heat pump ran continuously, Matt arranged for an HVAC technician to complete the repair the next day. A leaking hose bib was also repaired almost immediately. A cracked kitchen cabinet door was repaired on a timely basis and matches the other doors perfectly. Each of these repairs was made promptly, cheerfully, and under warranty at no cost to us.
Geiger Construction comes with our highest recommendation. Our Geiger built home is the fifth home that my wife and I have owned and I can state, without qualification, that it is the best-made home we have owned. If ever we build another home, Geiger Construction would be our first and only choice.
I have used Geiger Built Homes on several projects at my home. Each time there was superior communication and workmanship! Matt helped us through many decisions about materials and gave us different options to fit our needs and budget. He really took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. This made the process feel personalized. Karissa and her design experience made each project turn out beautiful. My husband and I initially worked with Geiger Built Homes in 2016 for a home remodel prior to our son being born. They both were very attentive to our wants, needs and assisted us the entire journey. Communication was top notch and quality of work was far above our expectations.
In 2020, it was time to add more square footage! Without our home being remodeled throughout by Geiger Built Homes it would not of brought as much money or sold as quickly as it did. We truly owe Matt and Karissa for their quality work and craftsmanship. When showing the house our realtor was asked if the house had just been remodeled!! It did not look like four years had past! The work and design will last a lifetime!
Our new home we purchased needed A LOT of work. We never even thought of working with anyone else besides Matt and Karissa with Geiger Built Homes! Karissa came over to walk through the space with my husband and I listening to our wants and needs once again. To say she delivered would be an understatement! I was very hesitant with some of the changes at first (installing a sliding door and completely relocating our kitchen!!), but I could not imagine it any other way now. The house was torn down to studs practically and started over.
Once again communication through the whole process was prompt. Matt explained the work process throughly without needing to be asked via email updates. The schedule of contractors was spot on. Everyone who worked on our home was very pleasant and professional.
The custom built in by Jimmy is one of my favorite things about the whole house. I love when you do business with Geiger Built homes you are truly supporting a family!

Jim Geiger & Son Construction worked on the exterior of our home this past summer. They did a great job of getting there and showing up when they told us they would. Our siding, windows, paint, EVERYTHING looks fantastic! A great job, done the right way. Matt and the team communicated well with my husband and I throughout the whole process. We will definitely be calling them for a basement rennovation soon!

Building a new home with Geiger and Son was such a great experience! Not only did they build our home, but they built a relationship with us. Their work is high quality, their team is exceptionally skilled in every step of the process (from the initial bid to the finishing touches), and they are just “good people.” They are professional, trustworthy, genuine, patient through all the design decisions (thank you Karissa…so grateful for all your ideas and guidance), and completed our home sooner than expected (does that ever happen?!). Plus, the lines of communication were (and still are) completely open. We couldn’t be happier, and are incredibly grateful they built our home with the same care they would their own. Love them!!
We asked Geiger Construction to give us an estimate on some office remodeling. We were hiring additional people and needed to get things done in a hurry. Within two weeks, the components were made and installed and the work was done professionally. We were very happy with the quality and promptness of the work. I am so grateful we were introduced. My fireplace is perfect! For years I stared at the old unit and dreamt of what “my” fireplace should look like. I never really thought I could afford what was in my mind. How you took all my ideas and put them on my wall still amazes me. The mantel is my favorite! I have been on the internet for HOURS searching for just the right look and when Matt put that crazy idea on the wall, it made it home. Every person that has seen it comments on the mantel and how it fits my family’s personality. It is so us.
I just wanted to let you know how great your employees were. They did an incredible job on the floors and went above and beyond what they needed to make sure everything was just right. The floors look perfect and all of the cuts were right on. They even cleaned up and took away all of the empty boxes. Me and Sarah really appreciate the hard work they put into getting this done in two days. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone with projects coming up. Thanks again!
